Committee #11 is up and running in Missouri, and they are ready to show their law enforcement community what Wives Behind the Badge is all about!  Jessica Rice is the proud wife of a Leawood Police Officer and the Director of the Missouri Auxiliary Committee.  She has already started her outreach work in her immediate area, but would love some more hands to help in all 114 counties.
