Wives Behind the Badge, Inc., is a 501(c)(3) pending non-profit organization, which means the organization has submitted all
its disclosures and paperwork to the IRS and is awaiting determination of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status, which can often take as long as a year given the current backlog at the IRS. However, contributions are considered tax deductible once this determination has been received even if donations were made prior to the final determination, so save your receipts and keep checking back on our website for an announcement relating to this.
